Pumps
The VKN pumps have mechanical seals and are intended for the circulation of coolant and spraying of cutting oil in all types of machines except grinders. They feature a ceramic stationary seal face, a carbon graphite rotating seal face, Buna-N elastomers, and steel springs.
The immersion-style pumps with no mechanical seals provide circulation of coolant and spraying of cutting oil in all types of machines including grinders. They are intended for use with non-flammable fluids that are compatible with pump construction materials. The maximum recommended viscosity is 1200 at 50Hz and 600 at 60Hz. The maximum liquid temperature is 104°F.
The high pressure pumps can provide up to 30% greater delivery pressure than the standard models. These pumps are designed to not have mechanical seals and provide circulation of coolant and spraying of cutting oil in all types of machines, including grinders. Low Loss
The module has been optimized by thinning the thickness and miniaturizing the structure of the IGBT chip and diode chip that makes up the module. This reduces power losses during inviter operation compared with previous products.
Miniaturization
The application of the newly developed insulating substrate has improved the heat dissipation of the module. A smaller footprint of about 36% has been achieved by reducing power loss and suppressing heat generation compared with the previous product.
High-Temperature Operation
Achieves continuous operation at 175°C through chip optimization and improved reliability and heat resistance of package.
